<p>栗を鍋やバケツに入れて水でジャブジャブ洗う。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">２．水に浸けて虫を出す（省略可）</span></h2>



<p>栗を水に浸けたまま数時間から半日程度放置すると虫が出てくる。虫が気にならない場合（仮に入っていて食べちゃっても気にしない場合）は<span class="marker-under-blue">この工程を省略できる</span>。実際何回かは省略したが、数時間水に浸けたときは数匹小さい芋虫みたいなのが出てきた。</p>

<p>鍋に栗を入れて栗が浸かる程度の水を入れる。そして<span class="marker-under-red">塩を水１Lにつき大さじ1/2程</span>入れて混ぜる。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc7">６．茹で終わったらそのまま放置して粗熱をとる</span></h2>



<p>火を切ったらそのままの状態で煮汁が冷めるのを待つ。指が煮汁につけられるくらいになったらOK。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc8">７．栗の水分をとってから包丁で切る</span></h2>



<p>包丁で切る前に<span class="marker-under-red">栗の水分を拭いておく</span>。そうしないと切ったときに水分が中身に染みて触感がベチャっとなる（塩ゆでしているので塩分も無駄に摂取することになる）。</p>

<p>雑木（クリ？の木）<br />

<p>ヒノキもなめこ栽培できるということで、間伐で出た木に打ってみました。<br />
また、余っていたしいたけの種駒をヒノキに打ってみました。ヒノキはしいたけが生えないと言われていますが、<a rel="noopener" href="http://www.city.fujinomiya.shizuoka.jp/municipal_government/llti2b00000028fe.html" target="_blank">富士宮市</a>の情報では枕木にしていたヒノキの間伐材に生えたとあります。生えてきたらラッキーですね。<br />
